  • As a loyal contract customer, you will receive preference over non-contracted customers
  • We will provide you with a guaranteed speedy response time
  • We will provide you with 24-7-365 access to technical support
  • You will have the option of a hire set in the event of extended failure periods


Site Visits Determined by Run Hours

Inspections or complete servicing are dependent on the amount of run hours / operational hours. This is ideal if you are using it as your primary power supply.


Major and Minor Routine Maintenance and Servicing

  • Major Service: includes a thorough inspection and replacement consumables (filters, oil etc.)
  • Minor Service: includes a thorough inspection and load banking
